Aircraft already make lines. The production needs someone to make sure the lines look like weather and not like handwriting. Most of the work is pointing at existing clouds and saying “print it.”

Duties
- Match morning sky to afternoon sky within a half-stop
- Keep the lines from spelling anything
- Log unusual shapes as “cumulus, enthusiastic”
- Do not argue with pilots about physics
Requirements
- Comfort with heights, or with photographs of heights
- A working knowledge of what water vapor is
- Must not promise to change the climate. We cannot. We do fog.
